Rope Jumping - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold an end of a jumping rope in each hand.

Step 2

Stand up straight with the rope behind you on the ground. Your feet should be hip width away from each other. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Raise your arms up and turn the rope over your head bringing it down in front of you.

Step 4

Once the rope reaches the floor, jump over it. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for as long as you can.

Step 5

To increase the difficulty, you may increase the speed or add variations to it.
