Round The World Shoulder Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Take hold of a body bar or broomstick.

Step 2

Stand up straight and place the pole behind your hips. Hold the pole with a grip that’s slightly wider than your shoulders.

Step 3

Slowly lift the pole behind for as far as you can. Keep your arms straight as you do this. Don’t force yourself to go further to avoid injury.
