Running, Treadmill - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Step onto the treadmill and set your desired option from the menu. You can manually set the machine or choose from the preset programs to run. In some cases, you may be asked for your age and weight to estimate the amount of calories burned.

Step 2

Adjust the elevation of the treadmill.

Step 3

Hold on to the hand rails for balance.

Step 4

Start the exercise by running once the treadmill starts to work. Continue to run until you’ve completed your program or for as far as you can.
