Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a couple of loaded sandbags around 50 feet away from the loading platform.
Stand up straight with the first sandbag in front of you. Your feet should be shoulder width away from each other. This is your starting position.
Bend your hips and knees at the same time to reach the sandbag.
Hold the sandbag with both hands on the sides of the bag. At this point, carrying the bag may vary depending on the bag used.
Lift the bag up by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue until you’re in a standing position. Shouldering isn’t allowed to carry the bags.
After that, move as quick as you can towards the platform to place the bag on top of it.
Once the platform is in front of you, load the bag on top of it. Ensure that the bag won’t fall off.
Get back to your starting position with the next sandbag in front of you.
Continue repeating all the steps until you’ve placed all the bags on top of the platform.
