in Quadriceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Do a lunging position with one foot forward and one foot backward. Your knees must be bent with your back knee almost touching the floor. Your front knee must not go beyond your toes to avoid putting too much stress on it.
Hold your position for a moment then quickly jump as high as you can by extending your hips and knees at the same time.
Once you’re airborne, switch the position of your legs.
As you land, absorb the impact with your legs by quickly proceeding to a lunge position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
