Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
From a sitting position, hold a dumbbell in each hand with your knees closely together.
Bend forward as if you’re bowing down to someone.
Bring the dumbbells behind your calves.
Lift the dumbbells in a semicircular motion until they’re both a little higher than your head. It’s important to keep your body steady while doing this.
Lower them slowly until both arms are back to their starting position.
