Bring one knee up while the other remains extended. Cross over your raised knee over the other and place your foot on the ground. Keep your non-working leg extended.
Step 3
Hold and pull your raised knee with both hands towards your chest.
Step 4
Hold the stretch for 30 seconds then release and switch legs.
