Shotgun Row - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Connect a single handle to a low cable.

Step 2

Choose the appropriate weight and stand a few feet back with a wide-split stance. Extend your arms and keep your shoulder forward. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Retract your shoulder and flex your elbow. Turn your palm upward as you pull.

Step 4

Pause for a moment then return to your starting position.
