Shoulder Circles - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight and relax your shoulders. Your arms should be resting at your sides.

Step 2

Gently roll your shoulders forward. Don’t rush and feel your shoulder muscles contract as you do this.

Step 3

Once you’ve completed your repetitions in one direction, roll your shoulders again to the opposite direction. You have the option to roll your shoulders in an alternate manner or at the same time.
