Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
Stand up straight with your arms extended to your sides while holding the dumbbells. This is your starting position.
Lift the dumbbells to your sides in an arc motion. Continue until your arms are parallel to the floor then exhale. Keep your arms stationary and elbows slightly bent.
Slowly lower the dumbbells until you’re back to your starting position. Inhale as you do this movement.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
