Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Stand on one leg beside a chair or any sturdy object that you can hold on to for support. This is your starting position.
Raise your leg to your side as high as you can then lower it down, allowing it to cross the opposite leg. Keep your back and legs straight as you execute these movements.
Repeat the swinging motion 5-10 times, increasing the range of motion.
