Side-Lying Floor Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie on your left side and bend your left knee in front of you. This position will help stabilize your torso.

Step 2

Keep your right leg straight and rest your right foot on the floor behind your left. Straighten your right arm overhead and gently pull on your right wrist until you feel a stretch on the entire right side of your body.

Step 3

Repeat on the opposite side.
