Side Neck Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet hip width away from each other. Your shoulders should be relaxed and head in a neutral position.

Step 2

Tilt your head towards one side of your shoulder.

Step 3

Assist the stretch with a gentle pull using your hands to the side of your head.

Step 4

Hold it for a few seconds then release and repeat on the other side.
