Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a box or platform on the floor.
Stand up straight on one side of the box with your right foot on top of it. Your arms must be resting on your sides, back straight, chest up, and head looking forward.
Jump up and over to the other side of the box by quickly extending your hips, knees, and ankles. Aim to land on the other side with your left foot on top of the box and right foot on the floor. Swing your arms as you jump to add up to the momentum.
Pause for a moment then jump back to the other side in the same manner.
Continue shuffling back and forth across the box until you’ve completed your repetitions.
