Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Do a push up position on the floor.
Place one arm on your back and leave the other one fully extended.
Straighten your body. Keep it straight and prevent your hips from going down all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Maintain a good posture and place your non-working arm on your back. This will be your starting position.
Lower yourself by flexing your elbow until you touch the ground.
Slowly lower yourself and reverse direction by extending your arm to return to the starting position.
