Single Leg Butt Kick - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight on one leg with your knee slightly bent. Keep your other leg raised all throughout this exercise.

Step 2

Squat by bending your hips and knee at the same time then quickly reverse your movement to jump vertically. Jump for as high as you can.

Step 3

Once you’re airborne, quickly bend the knee of your jumping leg. Do this as if you’re trying to have your heels touch your buttocks.

Step 4

Land on the floor with the same leg and knee slightly bent.

Step 5

Complete your repetitions then switch legs and repeat.
