Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a box in a barbell rack.
Anchor a band or rope in place above the box. This will serve as your handle.
Stand up straight on top of the box with one foot on top and one foot off the box. Hold onto the band or rope to maintain your balance.
Bend the knee of your leg on top of the box and keep the other extended. Continue until the foot of your extended leg touches the floor.
Pause for a moment then extend your bent knee. Continue until your knees are straight.
Complete your repetitions then switch legs and repeat.
