Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Sit on a leg press machine with one foot pressed on the platform and the other feet on the floor.
Remove the safety bars then push the platform by extending your leg. Continue until your working leg is fully extended. This is your starting position.
Slowly bend your knee to lower the platform as you inhale. Continue until your knee is bent at 90 degrees.
Pause for a moment then slowly extend your leg as you exhale. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
Complete your repetitions then switch legs and repeat.
