Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a box or an elevated platform on the floor.
Stand up straight with the box in front of you and one foot on top of it, close to the edge. Let the other foot remain on the floor.
Proceed into a jumping motion by swinging your arms upward as you extend your top leg to jump forward and up as high as possible. Once you’re airborne, move your opposite knee up.
Land in the same position that you started. Absorb the impact with your leg by bending your hip and knee at the same time.
Get back to your starting position and repeat. Once you’ve completed your repetitions, switch legs and repeat.
