Sled Drag – Harness - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Load the sled with weights according to your preference. Attach a pulling strap on the end of the sled. Attach a harness on the other end of the pulling strap.

Step 2

Wear the harness and face away from the sled.

Step 3

Walk forward until there’s enough tension on the straps.

Step 4

Lean your body forward and start dragging the sled by walking forward. Extend your hips and knees to walk forward. Continue until you’ve gained a certain amount of distance.
