Sled Overhead Backward Walk - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Attach a dual handle to a sled connected by a rope or chain.

Step 2

Place an appropriate weight on the sled.

Step 3

Hold a handle on each hand and stand in front of the sled.

Step 4

Place your hands above your head while holding the handles. Stand up straight. This is your starting position.

Step 5

Walk backwards while keeping your hands above your head. Try to avoid rough movements.
