Sled Push - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Load a sled with weights according to your preference.

Step 2

Stand behind the sled and take an athletic stance by leaning into the sled with your arms fully extended and a handle in each hand.

Step 3

Push the sled as fast as you can by rapidly extending your hips and knees.

Step 4

Continue moving forward until you’ve gained a certain amount of distance.
