Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Assume an athletic stance with your chest up, head facing forward, and knees slightly bent.
Take a step sideways and quickly bring your feet together.
As soon as your feet come together, quickly jump up as high as you can with your arms overhead. Do this as if you’re shooting a basketball.
As you land, absorb the impact with your legs by bending your hips and knees at the same time.
After that, take a step to the opposite side and repeat. Do this as quickly as you can.
