Slow Jog - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other. Your arms should be resting by your sides. Your elbows must be slightly bent.

Step 2

Raise your right knee up until it’s at waist level and keep your other knee still. As you do this, swing your left arm forward and right arm backward.

Step 3

Pause for a moment then lower your right knee as you raise your left knee. As you do this, swing your right arm forward and left arm backward.

Step 4

Continue raising your knees in this manner until you’ve completed your repetitions.
