Snatch Balance - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a barbell with both hands and place it across the back of your shoulders.

Step 2

Stand up straight with your feet slightly wider than hip width away from each other. Your toes must be pointing out.

Step 3

Lower your body by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue to descend until you’re in a full squatting position.

Step 4

As you do the previous step, move yourself under the barbell by extending your arms overhead. Once you’re at the bottom of your movement, the barbell should be on top of you.

Step 5

Pause for a moment then slowly go back to a standing position while keeping your arms extended overhead.
