Step onto the Stairmaster machine and set the options according to your preference. You can either set your own or choose from the preset ones. In some machines, you can enter your age and weight so you can see an estimate of calories burned as you do this exercise.
Turn the on the machine, hold onto the handles, and start walking.
Take steps forward to move the pedals down but not until it touches the floor. Continue walking until you’ve met your goals on the settings or for as far as you can.
