Main Muscle Worked: Biceps
Stand up straight.
Extend your hands to your back and clasp your hands together. Make sure that your arms are straight. Rotate your wrists so that your palms face downward. This is your starting position.
Raise your arms up for as much as you can or until you feel your biceps stretching. Keep your body straight as you do this.
Hold your position for 10-20 seconds.
Release and slowly lower your arms until you’re back to your starting position.
