Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Adjust a cable pulley machine to the lowest position. Change the handle to a standard one.
Stand sideways with your feet shoulder width away from each other in front of the machine.
Step away from the machine with your hand holding the handle and arm extended downward. Continue to step away until there’s enough tension on the cable.
Squat down, extend your arms to your front, and grab the handle with both hands. This is your starting position.
Pull the handle up and across your body overhead in an arc motion. Continue until your arms are fully extended and as far as you can. Keep your back straight as you do this.
Pause for a moment then slowly lower the handle in an arc motion until you’re back to your starting position.
