Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight with a flat bench 2-3 feet away behind you.
Raise one leg to the back and let the top of the foot of that leg rest on the bench. Keep your other foot flat on the floor. This is your starting position.
Slightly bend your back knees to stretch your back leg. Don’t let your front knee get past your toes to avoid putting too much stress. Hold your position for a few seconds.
Release then switch legs and repeat.
