Main Muscle Worked: Calves
Stand up straight with a stepping board in front of you.
Place one foot on the stepping board. Only your heel should be touching while your toes are pointing up. Your other leg should be straight with your knee slightly bent.
Lean forward and reach the toes of your feet on the board with your hand that’s on the same side (e.g. if you placed your right foot on the board, reach your toes with your right hand).
Place your other hand on your thigh on the same side. Support your weight to avoid going off balance.
Pull your toes towards your knee. Continue until you feel your calf stretches.
Pause for a moment then release your pull. Switch legs and do the same steps.
