Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Stand straight on one leg. Hold onto a vertical support or a sturdy object.
Elevate your unsupported leg until your thigh is perpendicular to the floor. Keep your back straight. This is your starting position.
Slowly rotate your leg. Do this by making huge circles using your knee.
Complete your repetitions then switch legs and do the same movements.
