Standing Hip Flexors - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your back straight and left foot slightly in front of your right foot.

Step 2

Bend your knees as you raise your right heel off the floor to move your right hip forward. Continue until there’s a stretch on your hips. Keep your balance as you do this. Hold your position for a few seconds.

Step 3

Release then switch sides and repeat.
