Standing Soleus And Achilles Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight. Your feet should be hip-width away from each other.

Step 2

Place one foot slightly in front of the other.

Step 3

Simultaneously bend your knees while keeping your heels on the floor. Continue until you feel your calves stretch.

Step 4

Pause for a moment then release and switch sides. Repeat the steps.
