in Triceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Hold a towel with your hands on one end. Your palms must be facing each other.
Stand up straight with your arms extended overhead and perpendicular to the floor. Your feet should be shoulder width away from each other and your upper arms close to your head. Keep your upper arms stationary all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Have your partner stand behind you and hold on to the other end of the towel for resistance.
Lower the towel towards the back of your head as you inhale. Only your forearms should move. Continue until your forearms touch your biceps.
Pause for a moment then slowly raise the towel by using the triceps as you exhale. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
