Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Stand straight holding a straight or EZ Curl bar with a close, overhand grip. Raise the bar until your arms are fully extended. This is your starting position.
Lower the weight through a backward arc motion, until it is right behind your head. Keep your elbows steady and close to your head as you do this, with only the forearm moving in this part of the exercise.
Using only the triceps, raise the weight back up to the starting position. Contract your triceps once your arms are fully extended upward.
