Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other. Your arms should be close to your body.
Slightly squat down by bending your hips and knees at the same time then immediately reverse your movements to jump up as high as you can.
Once you’re airborne, extend your whole body by spreading your arms and legs away from your body.
As you land, move your limbs back and absorb the impact with your legs by bending your hips and knees at the same time.
