Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a box on the floor.
Stand up straight with the box beside you and your inside foot on top of the box, close to the edge.
Jump up and sideways towards the other side of the box. Do this by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Swing your arms up to generate momentum for the jump.
As you land, your other foot should be on top of the box. Absorb the impact with your legs by bending your hips and knees.
Continue jumping back and forth until you’ve completed your repetitions.
