Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Lie on your back on the floor with your legs straight and arms extended overhead. This is your starting position.
Bring your hands and toes together by raising your legs and arms at the same time. Continue until your fingers and toes touch each other. Keep your arms and legs straight with a slight bend on your knees as you do this.
Hold your position for a moment then release and get back to your starting position.
