Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Hold a medicine ball with both hands and hold it directly over your chest.
Lie on your back on the floor while holding the medicine ball. This is your starting position.
Throw the ball up using your both hands as powerful as you can. Aim to throw the ball as high as possible.
Prepare to catch the ball using both hands as it comes down.
After catching the ball, go back to your starting position to prepare for the next throw.
