Main Muscle Worked: Abs
You need a medicine ball for this exercise.
Hold a medicine ball with both hands.
Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and arms holding the medicine ball extended overhead. This is your starting position.
Raise your torso and finally your upper body off the floor as far as you can. Once you’re at the top of your movement, immediately throw the ball forward either to your partner or off the wall.
Take possession of the ball again and get back to your starting position.
Complete your repetitions in one arm then switch arms and repeat.
