Adjust the height of the straps and handles according to your preference.
Hold a handle in each hand with your palms facing each other.
Extend your arms to your front.
Lean back and adjust your position according to your preference. The more you lean, the more difficult this exercise would be. Keep your back straight. This is your starting position.
Pull yourself up to do a reverse fly motion. Maintain your feet on the ground. Keep your back and arms straight as you do this.
