You need suspension straps for this exercise.
Setup suspension straps at a height according to your preference.
Face away from the anchor point and do a push up position with your feet on the handles of the straps. Your legs and hips should be straight and support your weight with your hands and toes. This is your starting position.
Slowly pull your knees toward your chest as you flex your hips and knees at the same time. Continue for as far as you can.
Once you’re at the peak of your movement, pause for a moment then release and slowly get back to your starting position.
