Main Muscle Worked: Abs
You need suspension straps for this exercise.
Adjust suspension straps at a height that is slightly below your waist.
Stand up straight in front of the straps and hold a handle in each hand.
Lean your body into the straps, moving to an incline push-up position. This is your starting position.
Lean further into the straps to bring your body closer to the floor as you raise your arms overhead. Your shoulders should be extended and keep your arms straight as you do this.
Keep your whole body straight from arms to toes as you descend. Once you’re at the peak of your movement, hold the contraction for a moment then release and slowly get back to your starting position.
