Suspended Hip Thrust - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Prepare suspension straps around 18-24 inches off the ground.

Step 2

Lie on your back in front of it and place your feet on the straps. Keep your knees bent. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Raise your hips as high as you can.

Step 4

Pause for a moment then slowly lower your hips until you’re back to your starting position.
