Thigh Abductor - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit down on an abductor machine and position your legs. Adjust the weight according to your preference.

Step 2

Grip the handles on each side. Keep your upper body steady all throughout the exercise. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Slowly move your legs away from each other. Feel the pressure from the weights and exhale as you do this.
