Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Sit down on an adductor machine. Adjust the weight according to your preference.
Position your legs properly on the leg pads. Hold the handles on each side. Keep your upper body straight and steady all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Slowly move your legs close together by pressing them against the machine. Exhale as you execute this movement.
Pause for a moment then slowly return your legs back to your starting position. Inhale as you execute this movement. Do this carefully and avoid any unnecessary movements to avoid injury.
