Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Grip the bottom of a large tire and move your feet to the back.
Lift the tire up extending your hips, knees, and ankles at the same time, then pushing it with your arms.
As the tire reaches a 45 degree angle, take a step forward and move your knee into the tire. Adjust your grip to the upper portion of the tire to push it forward as powerful as you can.
One the tire has landed, pause for a moment then repeat the steps.
