Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Stand up straight while holding an exercise ball with both hands. Your arms should be extended to your front so that the ball is directly over your chest. This is your starting position.
Rotate your torso to one side. Keep your eyes on the ball as you do this.
Pause for a moment then rotate your torso to the opposite direction. Repeat rotating your torso back and forth for 10-20 times.
