Step 1

Wear good running shoes and proper attire to avoid injury.

Step 2

Start running/walking by taking moderately fast steps forward. Use your calves and buttocks to run and pull yourself up a hill. In this way, your knees, joints, and ankles absorb the impact.

Step 3

If in case you need to run/walk downhill, take smaller steps. Keep your knees bent to reduce the impact on your legs and prevent yourself from falling.
