Tricep Side Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Move your right arm across your body. Have your right hand touch your left shoulder.

Step 2

Hold your right elbow with your left hand.

Step 3

Pull your right elbow towards your left until you feel a stretch on your triceps. Continue for 5-10 seconds.

Step 4

After that, release then switch arms and repeat.
